Operation & Safety Notes

Pressure source – The user must provide a suitable external high-pressure gas cylinder (nitrogen or clean, dry compressed air) with a G1/2 thread connection. An electric booster pump is available as an option.

Overpressure protection – The built-in safety valve activates at 1.1× the maximum test pressure (6.6 MPa). Do not disable or adjust this protection.

Automatic relief – After each burst test, the system automatically vents residual pressure within 10 seconds. Wait for complete pressure relief before opening the fixture.
