Working Principle

The complete instrument consists of the following components:

• Operating power supply

• Micro air pump

• Simulated cylinder

• Servo motor

• Air reservoir

• Pressure sensor

Operation sequence:

1. The built-in micro air pump automatically generates pressure and stores it in the air reservoir.

2. Through the adjustable air release valve, the pressure is precisely adjusted to each verification point.

3. For a mercury or electronic blood pressure meter under test, the operator manually records the indication error at each point.

4. Other test items are automatically completed by the instrument according to the regulations, with results calculated and displayed on the screen for manual recording.

Operation & Safety Notes

Before Use:

1. Place the instrument on a stable, level work surface away from direct airflow and vibration.

2. Ensure the operating environment is within 15~35 °C and humidity below 80% RH.

3. Connect the device to a suitable power supply (voltage as marked on the unit).

4. Allow the instrument to warm up according to the manual (typically a few minutes).

During Use:

• Use only clean, dry, non-corrosive gases (air is acceptable as the device generates its own pressure).

• Do not exceed the maximum rated pressure of 60 kPa / 450 mmHg for external connections.

• For dynamic blood pressure simulation, ensure the patient monitor or sphygmomanometer is properly connected and configured.

• Follow the standard operating procedure for each verification item (indication error, leak test, etc.).

After Use:

• Turn off the power and disconnect from the mains supply.

• Release any residual pressure from the system via the air release valve.

• Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents or immerse in liquid.

• Store in a clean, dry location within the specified temperature range.
