YUNYI Process Signal Generator
Measure. Output. Calibrate. All in one.
The QX Series Process Signal Generator is a handheld, battery-powered device designed for industrial automation professionals. It combines signal generation, measurement, and calibration in one compact unit – replacing multiple tools on the job site.
Use it to simulate sensors and transmitters, test control loops, and verify instrument accuracy. No more carrying separate signal sources, multimeters, and loop calibrators.
Key Features
Multi‑signal capability – Outputs and measures DC voltage (V, mV), current (mA), resistance, frequency, pulse, and thermocouple (TC) signals. Also supports RTD simulation for temperature calibration.
High accuracy – Basic accuracy up to 0.02% for critical calibration tasks. Digital temperature compensation ensures stable readings in changing conditions.
Simultaneous operation – Output and measure at the same time. Perfect for transmitter calibration where you need to source one signal while reading another.
24V loop power – Provides DC 24V to power two‑wire transmitters directly. No external power supply needed on site.
User‑friendly interface – High‑contrast LCD with 5‑digit resolution. Intuitive keypad and rotary encoder for quick value adjustment.
Handheld & portable – Battery‑powered, lightweight design. Ready for field use, plant floors, and control cabinets.
Supported Signal Types (Output & Measure)
-
DC Voltage – 0~15V, 0~24mV, 1~100mV
-
DC Current – 0~24mA (source), 0~20mA (sink)
-
Resistance – 10Ω to 300kΩ
-
Frequency & Pulse – Up to 1MHz, with adjustable duty cycle
-
Thermocouple – Types K, E, J, T, R, B, S, N
-
RTD – PT100, Cu50, and other common types
-
Switch – On/off testing for limit switches and relays
Smart Output Modes
Step Output – Increase or decrease output by a fixed increment (e.g., 4→8→12→16→20 mA). Ideal for checking linearity.
Ramp Output – Output rises and falls automatically in a triangle wave pattern. Tests valve response and system dynamics.
Custom Curve Programming – Program up to 100 points of output versus time. Simulate complex process profiles for controller testing.
25% Step & Auto Ramp – Quick 4‑20mA testing with one‑button 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% steps.
