YUNYI Hydrochloric Acid Online Density Meter is an in-line analytical instrument specifically designed to measure the concentration and density of hydrochloric acid. Employing an advanced vibrating-wire principle, it precisely calculates medium density by measuring changes in the sensor’s vibration frequency. The sensor is constructed from specialized corrosion-resistant materials such as Hastelloy, tantalum, or PTFE, featuring multiple sealing protections to effectively resist corrosion from hydrochloric acid vapor. This instrument enables continuous online measurement, outputting a real-time 4-20mA signal to assist users in precisely controlling hydrochloric acid concentration and enhancing process stability.
