tuning fork density meter
tuning fork density meter
The 9 principles of vibrating tuning fork densitometer are designed based on the principle of tuning fork vibration. It is generated by a piezoelectric crystal whose fork is located at the root of the tooth, and the frequency of the vibration is detected by another piezoelectric crystal, and the fork is stabilized at the natural resonant frequency by phase shifting and amplifying circuits.
When there is a medium flowing through the fork, the mass of the medium changes continuously, and the resonant frequency changes correspondingly. Therefore, the density of the medium can be calculated by measuring the vibration frequency of the fork after it flows through the medium.
This density meter does not require a lot of time to maintain, can measure the density of mixed media containing bubbles or fixed, but the measurement effect is not ideal for easy crystallization, scaling media.
Product characteristics
● Complete functions: equipped with microprocessor-based electronic conversion device, set signal processing, calculation and diagnosis functions in one;
● Measurement stability: the fork is stable at the natural resonance frequency, and is not affected by the physical properties of the fluid (viscosity, pressure, density, etc.);
● Strong anti-interference ability: strong ability to resist the influence of bubbles and bubbles;
● Various types of measuring media: ideal for viscous media, semi-solid and solid materials;
● High stability: The measurement results are highly stable, suitable for the measurement of all kinds of fluid physical property changes.
● Low cost: simple structure, easy installation, low maintenance cost.

XY-806 tuning fork density meter, to meet different working conditions, can be used for a variety of industry testing. Such as the petrochemical industry, brewing industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry and mineral processing (such as clay, carbonate, silicate, etc.), specifically used in the above industries in the multi-product pipeline interface detection, mixing mixture density detection.
