YUNYI Smart Multivariable Transmitter
YUNYI YYCL2 Series Smart Turbine Flowmeter (Temperature, Pressure, and Flow Integrated Meter) is a velocity-type, multi-parameter flowmeter designed based on the principle of conservation of angular momentum. Capable of simultaneously measuring flow rate, temperature, and pressure at a single measurement point, this integrated instrument delivers multi-dimensional process monitoring with a single device. It is ideally suited for continuous or instantaneous flow measurement of clean water and low-viscosity fluids, offering easy installation, fast response, and high stability to meet the demands of industrial field automation data acquisition and remote monitoring.
Working Principle & Construction
The flowmeter adopts a tangential turbine measurement structure, featuring a four-blade impeller housed within the flow chamber. Internally, it integrates a magnetic induction flow detection unit, a temperature sensor, and a pressure sensor, arranged coaxially in a three-in-one configuration.

Flow Measurement: The flowing fluid drives the impeller to rotate. An electromagnetic conversion unit generates pulsed signals, and the instantaneous and cumulative flow rates are calculated based on the number of pulses per unit of time.

Temperature Measurement: A built-in high-precision temperature sensing element detects the medium’s temperature in real-time, providing temperature compensation and enhancing measurement stability.

Pressure Measurement: An integrated pressure-sensitive element simultaneously captures the pipeline’s operating pressure, enabling multi-parameter monitoring at a single point.
The instrument housing is manufactured from stainless steel, providing a high protection rating. It accommodates various installation methods, including sanitary tri-clamp and threaded connections, ensuring long-term, reliable operation in industrial field environments.
